Add new Base Calendar in Ms Project go to the Project option and click the Change Working Time.

Yo can See a new Screen on a window click the Create New Calendar.

Assign a calendar name in a name Field and Select a Create new Base Calendar and then Press Ok.

You Can See Two Option Work Weeks and Exception Work week Indicate the Whole Working Day of Your Schedule and the Exception show the holidays to your Schedule.
Click The Work weeks and go to the Details option.

In Details You can See Three Different option
Use Project Default Time For these Days.
Set Days To nonworking Time.
Set Days to these Specific Working Time.
you can add specifically Information working or nonworking days by clicking on as a individual Option according to your requirement.

Finally Click on OK.
Then Return to the change working time dialog box and then click OK again.
